UChicago is Test Optional 

UChicago has been test-optional since 2018, meaning that SAT scores or ACT scores are not required in your UChicago application. The college website states that they believe students should decide for themselves what materials represent their academic preparedness best. UChicago ACT Requirements

ACT is not required for admission to UChicgo as UChicago has been test-optional since 2018. However a good ACT score, just like a good SAT score, can certainly make your application to this highly-ranked college stand out. The ACT score range for students who were accepted into UChicago in 2021 was 20-36. The middle 50% of admitted students had an ACT score range of 33-35, meaning that only 25% of admitted students at UChicago had an ACT score less than  33.
