All our batches are specially designed to ensure a personalized experience for your child. When you block a spot, we are unable to offer it to anybody else. Thus, bookings once made, cannot be canceled. If you have a genuine need to reschedule, we will certainly try our best to accommodate it.

Changed your mind?
If you have not booked or started the program at all, you can ask for a 100% refund within 60 days.
This includes up to 2 reschedules of a prior booking.
Didn’t enjoy the program?
After you’ve attended the first 3 days of your program, if you haven’t enjoyed it, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
Refund Policy for Catapult
We take our work for your child very seriously. If you don’t feel satisfied with the work, we offer a refund with deductions for work done as per key milestones.
These milestones are applicable for those opting to pay for the entire Catapult bundle on the upfront payment plan.
Milestone started: Branding and Goal Setting
Refund due: Rs 2,50,000
Milestone started: Profile Building
Refund due: Rs 1,50,000
Milestone completed: SAT Preparation
Refund due: Rs. 50,000
Milestone completed: College Strategy and Application Support
Refund due: Rs. 0
Executive Program Purchase
Cancel any time within 30 days if you have not started the program or within the first 3 sessions of commencing the program to get a 100% refund.
Three Program Pack
Cancel any time within 90 days if you have not started the program or within the first 3 sessions of starting your first program – to get 100% fees refunded.
In case of a cancellation after the first 3 sessions of one or more programs, a fee of Rs 10,000 per program taught will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
In case you have participated in any of the Intern Circle challenges, no refund will be issued.
FutureCEO Club
Cancel any time within 6 months if you have not started the program or within the first 3 sessions of commencing the program to get a 100% refund.
In case of a cancellation after the first 3 sessions of one or more programs, a fee of Rs 10,000 per program taught will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
Please note, if the student has used any perks of the FutureCEO program during this time (such as admissions support, LOR, university counselling, incubation support, intern circle challenge etc), there will be no refund.
- No refunds can be made after the above mentioned timelines or in the middle of the program.
- In the case of class cancellation in the middle of the course by Clever Harvey, we will arrange an alternate batch/class to complete the course.
- If enrollment in a class does not reach a minimum threshold, we may contact you to reschedule your child to another batch, in order to achieve a superior learning experience and group engagement.
a. 100% refund, if the rescheduled dates do not fit into the student’s schedule.
b. Please note that rescheduling will be subject to the availability of seats. - If 2 reschedules have already been done, 1 course credit will be deducted.
