Is the SAT required for UK universities?

Technically, NO.

British students do not take the SAT exam to apply to universities.

But international students, especially those who do not give the IB, A Level or AP exams, can submit their SAT scores to boost their application.

If you studied in a state board in India, AP exam grades and SAT scores can help them understand your calibre.

Some UK universities who accept SAT scores:

1. Imperial College of London 2. King’s College London 3. Durham University

A score of 1400 puts you in the top 95 percentile of students. It is important to show consistency- your scores in the Maths and English sections should not have a big gap.
