The primary eligibility requirements for becoming a Civil Engineer are that you undertake Science after secondary school and then B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

After finishing B.Tech and M.Tech degrees, graduates in this sector can work in fields such as building and structures, environmental construction, irrigation, urban development, and land development.

(i) How to become a Civil Engineer after 10

After completing Class 10, you can pursue a three-year diploma in civil engineering, which covers how to plan, design, execute, and maintain structural works such as bridges, buildings, roads, and other infrastructural projects.

The admission method for a Diploma in Civil Engineering is to pass entrance tests administered by colleges in order to enrol students. The admission exams include the Delhi CET, AP JEE, Punjab PET, Odisha DET, and others.
